This classic standard dark rosin comes in a cloth wrap and is made in England. A. B. Rosin is a popular choice for students. This version of their rosin is specifically made for the cello.  This is the same formula made by Amy Birch decades ago and is still hand mixed and poured today. 

This rosin is slightly softer than the AB violin rosins and will give smooth traction on the larger cello strings.  It is a very popular rosin for beginning musicians right up through conservatory players.  

Wrapped in soft cloth with a ribbon tie, AB cello rosin retains a traditional aesthetic and can be easily un-tied and re-tied and placed safely within your instrument case.
